Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and are accessible only to authorized Carsol Africa staff for the purposes described above.

• Google reCAPTCHA, to prevent automated spam submissions on our forms
• An email delivery provider, to send our staff a notification when you submit a form
• Website analytics, to understand overall visitor traffic (not to identify individual visitors by name)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.

How Long We Keep It

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain accurate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
